Why are not yet updated the Algerian version of the program as usual at each new release of the global version
Science Algerian version of the program stopped at version 5.19.4
While parked at the global version Version 5.20.2

Because of two reasons:
1. The changes from 5.19.4 to 5.20.2 are not very important for FET Algeria;
2. I need more substantial financial support, because my situation is difficult.
