Can i define color to each subject in FET??

yes, but not in the interface. only in the css file of the html files. but you need to choose in fet->settings->timetable->html level a higher level first.

Do I change the file in the "styles" folder for this?

the css file is in ~/fet-results/timetables/FILENAME/FILENAME_stylesheet.css
