Limiting double periods to certain times

We have a 6 day cycle with 7 lessons per day. breaks happen between periods 3 and 4 and between periods 5 and 6. Experience has shown that it is bad for us to have double lessons after second break, and also in the first 2 lessons.How can I ensure that all double lessons will only happen in either lessons 2-3 or lessons 4-5?

Probably constraint activities preferred starting times or preferred time slots. Just add an activity tag "double" for double duration activities and the above mentioned constraint for all students, all teachers, all subjects and "double" activity tag.
