Max periods daily per teacher

Hai,

I have problem about setting teaching hours for my staff. This is the situation.
Our school has 5 working days a week (monday to friday). The number of periods per day are as follows:
     Monday - Thursday = 10 period include break time (7.00am - 2.00pm)
     Friday = 7 period include break time (7.00 am - 11.20am)

How do I set the teachers time conctrains with the following conditions:
      Maximum periods daily for teacher is 6 (monday to thursday) and max 4 periods for friday. Please help me......

Unfortunately, it is not possible directly. Maybe you can set some not available periods on Friday for each teacher.

if i understood correct you should use only a single contraint "break", because it it is not available to all teachers and studnets.

Here is a solution,
Hope it works ( I always did hidden mistakes )  

set   Maximum periods daily for teacher to 6, for all teachers
Add two dummy (fictious) activities: Dummy1 anf Dummy2 (each with duration 1) to each teacher without students neither rooms or subjects, only teacher
you can eventualy add activity tag to them, for later ease of filtering
Now go to  "A set of activities has a set of prefered time slots"
Make,  Dummy1 anf Dummy2 allowed  only on friday
maybe you can fine tune it, by making them allowed at the end of the day

This way, teachers wil always have  a Max number of hours equal to 4
6-2=4
two is the two dummy activities

Yes, nice, the only problem is that on Friday the teachers will have possible 2 more gaps over the accepted ones. Maybe slam can decrease the maximum gaps per week (but max gaps per day cannot be solved).

unfortuantely, I dont know how much periods are counted as  break time?
I will suppose he has 7 teaching periods on friday
There is two possibilities:
1-gaps dont matter, so no problem
2- gaps should be avoided, which means  Dummy1 and Dummy2 can only be allowed at the begining or at the end of the day, and , possibly, to be consecutive
