Teacher's tags

Hello,
I think it would be a good idea to have tags for teachers, this way we could add constraints to groups of teachers instead of doing one by one.
Maybe it could be done for rooms to.

Yes, this is a good suggestion (others also suggested it), but unfortunately not easy to implement now. I added it in the TODO.
