Force Not consecutive if same day

Based on what an algerain user said, It seems that they need a constraint like that:
"Force Not consecutive if same day"
Can we acheive that by simply unchecking option: Force consecutive.. in the add dialog ?

He must un-check that option (or modify multiple constraints min n days between activities after inputting all data, set consecutive if same day false). Then, adding min 1 gaps between a set of activities should work.
