is it possible to set Max gaps weekly to all teacher=1
then set Max gaps weekly for Teacher1=0
will teacher1 be protected against gaps, because it is already included in the "All teachers" category ?

All constraints are respected. So all teachers will have at most 1 gap (exception T1), then T1 will have no gaps.

I noticed the following
For teachers:
If you set Max gaps per week for all teachers=0
then set:
Max gaps per week for teacher T1=1
Teacher T1 will have no gap !!

This is not true for students
a student set with Max gap=1 will have possibly 1 gap even if you set Max gap for all students set=0

is this true, or maybe a made some hidden mistake !?
