So, you need teachers to work each day? Get latest snapshot (http://lalescu.ro/liviu/fet/download/test/ or see forum global annouce) and use constraint teachers min days per week=n days per week.

Min hours daily for teachers is adaptable, so having min 1 hour is absurd.
