You might use a constraint activities occupy max time slots from selection. See http://lalescu.ro/liviu/fet/forum/index.php?topic=1233.0 . Please let me know if it works for you.

Unfortunately, it is not exactly what you want. My solution makes all the hours of the teachers overlap, not only the start and end hours (so my solution is more constrained).

And how to setup rooms to be randomly assigend to activity.

For each activity add an activity tag, then add a constraint activity tag preferred rooms, all rooms.
