Do you mean to export to CSV after a successful generation? This is not easy, as the current export uses interface items. There is already a request for this in the TODO, see item #269. I added also your name and this topic's address.

Meanwhile, you can generate with FET interface the file_data_and_timetable.fet from the command-line output directory, then export CSV.
