Mi duda es la siguiente:

¿Se puede decir al programa que mientras estén en 1ºA dando Matemáticas, en 1ºB den Química y en 1ºC Geografía?
La misma asignatura ya he visto que es posible

If the students 1A, 1B, and 1C do not have common students, it is possible and FET will allow. If you want to impose this overlapping exactly, you can use the constraint activities same starting time.

But, couldn't they be linked any other way so that they don't have to fix the hours and give more possibilities to generate timetables?

Yes, with the constraint activities same starting time you don't fix the time (day+hour) of the activities, but only say that A1, A2, and A3 must be simultaneous.
