Hi

An error that I did not understand !

Liviu Lalescu

Obviously wrong :-)

How can you schedule 42 hours lessons inside 40 hours?

Leo

And the solution ?

We need them inside the 40 hours ? And still I have many tasks that I did not enter in the program !!

Liviu Lalescu

You have slots. 5 days x 8 hours (slots) per day = 40 slots per week.

You have activities. 42 hours (slots) per week for that subgroup.

So, either increase the first or decrease the second.

In my school there is similar case. I do the follow: I choose one (you should two) activity which will be deleted and this activities teacher choose when will be this activity (e.g. 0. hour, after the day, afternoon, etc.). This activity isn't "important", e.g. the subject where the class leader (teacher) talks with his/her class (I don't know how say this subject).

Leo

I am sorry, but I did not understand !

Leo

Mr. Liviu:

I can not do that, the 1st one is the working hours and the second the activities needed for the students !

Liviu Lalescu

I can tell you this:

Each subgroup must have at most 40 working hours.

A group or year may have more than 40 working hours.

So, I think that you need to work with overlapping groups. For instance, in this group, a part will have English and another part French, at the same time.
