I couldn't install the latest version of Fet!
Help please I always get a notification warning me that I may lose Data if I continue to use the old one.

Please download, unpack, and use the executable, fet-6.1.5.exe. What you show in the screenshot is the sources.

Maybe you have 32-bit Windows? Then get the 32-bit Windows executable.
