FET TIMETABLE CREATION WORKFLOW

Hello FET forum,

I am writing from Tanzania. To many around FET software is not popular. I knew about FET timetable but I was not assigned to prepare timetables so it didn't pay much attention as I do now. Now I want to be someone competent on using this software.

I would like to know the step by step procedures or workflow to prepare timetables using this software.

Something like..
1. Add college/school details
2. Add lecturers and subjects
3. Add Rooms and so on and so on.

I believe this way it could be useful to new users. Because last time I prepared the  timetable I found out subjects and lecturers are seen but no rooms assigned.

To assign rooms you need to add space constraints.
