I do not know the name. I think you need to compile with Qt 5.15, it is shown compatible with macOS 10.13, and you can compile the latest FET version with this Qt. I don't know about Xcodebuild compatibility, I think he needed on his system 9.4.1, but he does not have enough disk space to install it.
