New not available view suggestion by Vangelis Karafillidis

Vangelis proposes a time horizontal view of all the teachers not available constraints. Also for students and rooms. What about the rooms with <100%?

This feature is already available in TiTiTo a few years now.
I am not sure about rooms with less then 100% available. I never used rooms with less then 100% available.

Hello!

I think that this type of time-horizontal views (especially when they are interactive) play a very important role.
1) The user monitors much better his/her constraints.
2) Working on the time-horizontal view is much faster and efficient.

About the rooms view:
I think that instead of displaying "X" in the rooms view, it would be much better if you could make the weight percentage display.
