Double lectures issue of same subject in a same class

Which constraint is used , so that Each subject have 1 lecture per day in a class?

Constraints of type min days between activities, with min days = 1, weight = 100%.

All activities min days=1 having weight=95 % , how we changed weight 95% to 100% with single click? Or changed one by one ?

With a single click: either in the dialog of constraints min days between activities (Modify multiple constraints at once), or with Advanced > Spread the activities evenly over the week.
