FET-6.28.0 snapshot available - please test thoroughly

Dear FET users,

I did a major rewriting of the constraints dialogs of FET. As announced here: https://lalescu.ro/liviu/fet/forum/index.php?topic=6218.0 , the number of files, size, fields to translate, and time to compile are drastically reduced.

I need you to check each time and space constraint's dialogs: list the constraints, add, modify. The behavior should be the same as in FET-6.27.0 and before - I mean the Help buttons and the instructions in the dialogs should be the same. I don't need you to generate. I need you to check that FET correctly opens the correct constraint dialog for what you clicked, and that it adds and modifies it correctly - you can check the description of the constraint (the code for the textual description of a constraint was not changed).

There are many constraints which are available in another mode (MA, BP, or Terms). Everyone needs to be checked. There are 225 time constraints and 68 space constraints. Each needs to be checked. I checked them once, when I implemented/converted them.
