Volker's Print Function

Thank you for this fantastic feature.

I would like to suggest that it gets incorporated into the main stream FET program development. Perhaps it could be listed under the File pull down menu.

I will do my part and add it, if it is ready. For the moment, it depends on Volker, he may have some reasons not to incorporate it (yet).

Edited to add: I would prefer to add it into the Timetable menu, a new submenu: Print.

There are several reasons that currently inhibit to add this feature in the official version. so it will take some time to included it into official version.
