You need to use tricks. If on week_1 there is activity A1 (teacher T1, students Y1) and on week_2 there is activity A2 (teacher T2, students Y2), then add weekly activity A (teachers T1, T2, students Y1, Y2).

Or, if an activity A1 is on week 1 and on week 2 you have free, you can consider only week 1.
