Modify % activities in time slots

Hello, first of all, congratulations on all the work you've done. I'd like to suggest two changes to the activity constraints: the possibility to modify the percentage of the maximum or minimum number of activities in the selected time slots to allow for more solutions to be found. At the moment, the constraint is only at 100%. Thanks to everyone who wants to help me find a solution.
