FET IN MACOS FILE NOT UPLOAD DIRECTLY

HALLO to the Group!!!... a small help please if someone knows...

I am using about a month  FET timetable for macOS m4  (version 7.4.6) , i was using Xubuntu & windows 10 before.
 I have noticed in macOs , that when I try to open a .fet file by double-clicking it, the application launches correctly but always loads a blank timetable ("Untitled") instead of the specific file I selected.
So i have to find again my fet file via Fet open files .

On Windows , the same action opens the file directly.

Is something wrong with my laptops setup or is something that has to do with FET software for macOS ?

I have always wondered about this as well - I suspect there's some way of setting up this association, but I think it's perhaps a setting in Qt that has to be present in the FET code. So, I'm not sure how to fix this (I always open my FET files from within FET, using the Recent list).
