TIMETABLE OCCUPY HALF A PAGE OF A4 SIZE

I have realized that depending on the names of subjects and teachers more so those sharing classes eg bio/cre/comp/hist/geo/hsc and teachers as 23,5,26,9,41,10,43 if you more of this in a class, the timetable may appear to occupy like half a page of A4 size paper hence becoming a challenge for easy visibility. How can one handle this such that no matter what, the timetable fits the larger portion of the A4 size?

So you would like the cells with more teachers/students sets to be smaller?

I wondering whether when we have subject with a long name, can it appear in such a way that instead of stretching the cell to fit, it can appear broken (two parts) so that it doesnt stretch the cell horizontally?If that can happen, stretching vertically would be great since it can occupy larger space hence not to appear like there is under utelisation of A4 space

If using shift enter would make the words added later to be at the created space downwards, that would be great. Like

I got a way out.When adding subjects, you put space after every /.That solves everything
