Longname to be printed on teachers free days

If teachers name can appear on teachers free days timetable, it would be great so that head of institutions can be aware of who is teaching or not when need be. A code is okay but demands one to confirm the teachers name. Longname would be of great help

I had requested if we can have long names appear in this sheet. Adminstrators use it to see who is in class and who is not and can be engaged with ease. They will not need to go to individual timetables or even confirm the names of the teachers whose codes are there

and if possible, we have terms like ''free or in teaching. That can help one know who to engage and for those who are occupied, you as an administrator know the class they are in. If the class can appear in the sheet alongside the names of the teachers who are in class, it would be amazing

But, Cyrus, go to the Settings > Data to print in timetables > 22 (Teachers free periods) and select as necessary. It works on my computer.

About your last post ("If the class can appear..."), I don't understand. @Volker Dirr , what do you say?

I will confirm about no. 22.I think i tried and didn't see the names appear.

About classes,i mean name if teacher appear and the classes they are teaching that moment.For those who aren't , their names appear but there shall be free hence no class seen.

As an administrator,i will not have to go through all teachers timetables to confirm the classes teacher are in upon looking at the free time tts

Under all activities,it has all sessions but for a scenario of administrator,i would love to know teachers who might be free at a certain time.Under timetable for free times for teachers,i can see them but their names aren't there.If names could appear,it would be great

If under this teachers long names would appear,it would be great.with 2 pages,you have all information on who is in class teaching and who is free.You even get to know who is away for an afternoon free.
