Please try again setting "22" to show teachers' names, long names, and codes; if you want, I could show you a screenshot from my computer - we just did this feature in the latest snapshot.

It is there. Please try to change tab "22" in settings in the latest snapshot. Please let me know!

Thats complete file that with teachers names appearing,it would make the sheet outstanding in being relied on.

I had suggested you have terms like "Free" or "Teaching" if possible. They can be easily interpreted by adminstrators as compared to

Teacher has a single gap
Teacher has a border gap
Teacher has a big gap
Teacher must come earlier
Teacher must come much earlier
Teacher must stay longer
Teacher must stay much longer
Teacher has a free day
Teacher is not available

This seems too much and what they need to this time, which teachers are free i make use of them.

So,this sheet is an analysis of who is teaching and who is not.Alongside the master timetable (sub group time vertical) it can be of great help.

I don't understand:

1) You want teachers' long names and codes appearing? It is done, just modify the settings 22th tab in the latest snapshot.

2) You want to print all teachers and write if each is free or teaching? This is decided by @Volker Dirr . If we won't do this now, we'll add this in the TODO list.

Please clarify these questions!

I mean, we have Free teachers and Teaching instead of

Must come earlier
Border gap
Must stay much longer
Must come earlier
Big gap etc

Its easy to interpret. You can see who is occupied and who is not with ease.

Under 22, add groups as an option for those who wish they appear.

Will be decided by Volker, and if we don't add it now, we will add it in the TODO.

It depend on who you do substitution planning in your country. There are a lot of different ways how countries do that.
If the "normal" teachers must do the substitution, then "Must come earlier, Border gap, Must stay much longer, Must come earlier, ..." is very needed and useful information. Removing that information is a bad idea in that case.
If you have "special" teachers, that do only substitutions or if you have external teachers that do the substitution, then that information is maybe too much for you.
hmm...
I think the suggestion should be done max optional.

Cyrus and Volker,

I tried something. I changed the destination of the option "Print detailed teachers' free periods timetables". If it is selected (default), it is as before. If the user deselects this, unlike until now, when certain categories were skipped, now simply the program will output all free teachers in that slot.

Cyrus, I did my best. I don't see other alternative. I hope it is what you needed. We could maybe change the listing order, to be the order of the teachers in the data, if you want. But I think we cannot list teachers which have activities, because it is a list of free teachers/periods.

I decided to make the order in free periods without details as the teachers global order. I hope it is better this way.
