I'm interested in translating FET to sinhalese. I want to know whether any one already involved with this at the moment. :-/.

Thank You

There is no official si (Sinhala, Singhalese) translator, so you'll be the official translator.

Please read the section on how to translate.

Is it a usual left-to-right written language?

I saw that Qt Linguist defines si as Singhalese and KDE translation team ( http://i18n.kde.org/teams-list.php ) defines it as Sinhala. Which is the best definition?

Please translate firstly the main menu (FetMainForm_template). Send the translation with this main menu to me (by e-mail) so I can check it and I'll add it officially and it will be incorporated in the next release. If your work on the rest of translation will last longer, at least users will have the main form translated and it will be easier for them.

Yes, as u said it's a usual left-to-right written language and better to define it as sinhala.

I have translated the "FetMainForm_template" into sinhala. How can i get ur mail_address to send that to u?

You can see my e-mail in FET Help/About (a link to it), or in FET homepage, Contacts section. I am not at home, but I'll check your translation on my return (in about 4 days).

You didn't send me the translation yet. What happened?
