arrangement of reappear classes?

I have a group of years say 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th (each 60 students).
the 20 students of 3rd year have the reappear in one of the subject in the previous year say 2nd year.
BUT I want to arrange that 20 students of 3rd year to attend the reappear subject class with the Regular students of 2nd year students.
the 3rd year have already busy for the regular classes of its present on going year and 2nd with its own.
how can i manage the things?
How may I proceed in FET :-/?

Split year 3. Then for activities of this subject, add students 2 and the corresponding part of students 3.
