Vangelis Karafillidis suggested this, for Greek institutions: it should be possible to lock/unlock activities to their scheduled days, while adding/removing activities as teachers come and go. This facility can be found only in the timetable view students/teachers time horizontal.

I will let Vangelis write better than me, below.

Please let me know. If this is very useful, I will need to add it in the official version, even if I consider that it might complicate things unnecessarily for the normal users.

Hello!
This new feature facilitates the modifications of existing timetables which were generated with FET. In detail, it makes MUCH EASIER to constrain some of the activities (the one the user selects) to retain their day. And this is really useful for institutions which need to modify their timetables during the course of the school year. In my country, secondary schools need to modify their timetables 10-12 times up until (let's say) February. So, solving one single timetable (the initial) for my country, most of the time, is not enough. We need an easy way to modify the initial timetable, in such a way, that it does not cause severe problems to the school. For example, teachers schedule written tests for their students. If the timetable changes in such a way that the corresponding activity does not retain its day, this teacher will need to re-schedule the written test. In conclusion, modifying existing timetables is necessary for my country. Modifying the timetable, without affecting scheduled activities is highly useful.
Vangelis.

I updated to 6.3.3-vk. The same link: https://lalescu.ro/liviu/fet/download/custom/vk/ . I also added an entry for this in the Custom versions section of the FET homepage: https://lalescu.ro/liviu/fet/custom.html

This feature was added in the official FET 6.4.0 released on 18 May 2022. I will remove the custom version. Thank you, Vangelis and Alexey, for suggesting it!
