OLD - FET-6.28.0 snapshot available

I have put this new snapshot. From the ChangeLog:

  - Converted the interface files for the time and space constraints. There are many less source files now. This implies more things: shorter compilation time, smaller package sizes, less fields to translate, nicer looking constraints dialogs. Qt Creator and Valgrind were invaluable tools for this work.

I need you, users, to test thoroughly the interface for constraints: see the list of constraints, add, and modify a constraint. The behavior should be identical with FET-6.27.0 - the same Help and instructions, functions, etc. I don't need you to test generating. I need you to check each constraint's dialogs (and some constraints are available only in their special mode: MA, BP, or Terms).
