OLD - FET-7.3.1 snapshot available

I have put a snapshot. From the ChangeLog:

  - Added the option to pause the timetable generation (suggested by russell, GUEFFAZ REDA, Nahum Lipkunsky, and maybe other users in the past). This option is available in the single timetable generation dialog and for each thread in the multiple timetable generation dialog but, unfortunately, it will not allow the user to exit FET and resume the generation; you will need to keep the program and the computer running (but, of course, the paused generations will not consume processing power).

The Bosnian translation was removed, because Bolja skola needs more time to work on it. The final official version FET-7.3.1 is just released.
