I have put a new snapshot. From the ChangeLog:

  - Added three new types of space constraints: room pair of mutually exclusive time slots, room pair of mutually exclusive sets of time slots, and room occupies max sets of time slots from selection (suggested by Rodolfo Ribeiro Gomes).
  - Minor bug fixes and improvements.
