I'm pleased to share the new update to FET_EDIT_PRINT_MOROCCO_V1.4 ✍️

Most of what follows comes from your requests and suggestions — some features were added, others reworked. Printing got the largest share of the work. 🙏

🛠 What's new?

1️⃣ PDF export in seconds 📄
One click and you get dozens of timetables and pages at once, in high quality, fast and reliably. It works in both modes — Official and Morning/Afternoon — and for every output: wall charts, batch printing, vacant rooms and the daily control sheet. This is where most of the effort went: quick, stable, and clean on paper.

2️⃣ A print studio for fine-tuning 🖨
Choose how many timetables fit on a sheet (1, 2, 3), the paper orientation, and the size of each header line — then save it. Your settings come back exactly as you left them, and each mode keeps its own.

3️⃣ Subgroups everywhere 👥
If your FET file splits classes into subgroups, each one now appears in the class grid, the daily control sheet, printing, PDF and Excel — with its own label. When two subgroups have a lesson at the same time, both are shown.

4️⃣ Support sessions created in batches 📚
Tick several classes and several subjects at once, and the app creates every session with an automatic name per subject — instead of adding them one by one.

5️⃣ Clearer unplanned sessions 🗂
Sessions waiting to be scheduled are now separated from those disabled in FET, each with its own badge and sorted by level and class. A disabled session can be reactivated in one click, and undone with the ← button.

6️⃣ A diagnostics panel that leads somewhere ⚠
Alongside room conflicts, a diagnostics tab gathers the rest: sessions disabled in FET, unplanned, without a room, without a teacher, without a class — whether they come from the FET file itself or from your own edits in the app. What changed: every line now **leads to the sessions concerned**. Click a category, get the list, and each session offers what can actually be done — re-enable, assign a room, delete a support session, or simply locate it in the grid.
The whole panel exports to Excel for those who prefer to work from paper. When exporting a .fet file, a short check still lists **only what you changed**, never what was already in the original file.

7️⃣ Important if you used an earlier version 👥
The app used to allow a whole-class session at the same time as a session of one of its subgroups — leaving those students expected in two places, with no warning at all. That is now refused when you place a session, and files already containing such an overlap are reported as soon as you open them. If you exported .fet files with an earlier version, reopen them to check.
(Two different subgroups at the same time remain perfectly normal and are never flagged.)

8️⃣ A new teaching check 📐
A third tab compares the timetable against **your own** thresholds: workload above the official allowance, daily span, gaps, days present, free half-days. The rule I find most useful needs no standard from you at all — it compares classes of the same level with each other and points to the subjects behind a gap ("this class is 2 hours short, computing is missing"), because the subjects actually taught differ from one school to the next. Every threshold is editable, and the whole module can be switched off if it is not for you.

9️⃣ Statistics that no longer mislead 📊
Support hours used to be added to a teacher's weekly load: 18 teaching hours plus 2 support hours showed up as 20. They now sit in their own column, on screen and in Excel, with two new indicators (total support hours, average per teacher). Room occupancy still counts everything — a room used for support really is occupied.

🔟 Safer autosave and a clearer interface 💾
Autosave moved to a larger browser storage: big timetables could exceed the old limit and the save failed silently. On screen: a single-line top bar, a red conflicts button, long Arabic names that no longer overflow their cards, buttons following the reading direction in Arabic, and delete/assign actions reachable on touch screens.

Hi Wallawt.  Very nice app.  Please can I confirm point 7.  My understanding is that you shouldn't be able to move a whole year session to a slot occupied by a group of that same year, however I'm finding that I can.  Am I missing a setting?  Thanks, Kieron.
