OLD - FET-5.26.0 snapshot available

I know it is very early, but I need to publish some more improvements. So, I released a new snapshot. From the ChangeLog:

   - Improved the speed of importing from comma separated values (CSV) files, especially when dealing with many students sets.
   - Improved the speed of adding/modifying the (sub)activities from the corresponding dialogs (not noticeable, in usual cases).
   - Some minor strings improvements.
   - Code cleanup.

So, please help me with testing: adding/modifying activities, modifying subactivities, with number of students -1 (automatic from students sets, and ensure your students sets have a >0 number of students) or >=0 (specified). And test different kinds of import/export.

I added a new snapshot, no need to retest if you got the previous snapshot. Only a minor string corrected (and another minor source cleanup).

I added a new snapshot, and switched to version 5.26.0, because the changes, even if not usually visible, involve much change of the interior data of the program. It involves speed optimizations for large data. So, please test intensively the combination of the following:

- New data, load/save file;
- Split year by categories;
- Import (especially students and activities) from CSV;
- Add, remove, modify students years, groups, subgroups, time/space constraints for students;
- Modify the number of students per students set.

After each operation, check the activities, students years/groups/subgroups, time/space constraints for correct results.

I have put a new version, with code cleanup in split year dialog. Only test a bit dividing a year.

It seems to work fine. I only tested 1 file.

Added 2 additional categories, added 2 new subjects, 2 new teachers, 5 activities for each teacher in the split and generated.

No problem.

I released a new snapshot. As recommended by Volker Dirr we switched FET to the GNU Affero General Public License version 3 or later. No other code changes.
