OLD - FET-5.27.0 snapshot available

I have put this new snapshot. From the ChangeLog:

   - Writing the generated timetable's statistics (gaps, min/max hours, free days), implemented by Volker Dirr.
   - Updated the Chinese Traditional translation, by James.
