Can we prevent a teacher from teaching a class more than two sessions ,even if he teaches two different subjects.?

I think you can use the constraint teacher(s)/students (set) activity tag max hours daily.

If you use teacher(s) activity tag max hours daily: add a different tag to the activities with the same students set.
