making the color selection option

Hello Mr. Liviu,
I hope you are well. I kindly suggest making the color selection option apply to all windows. In other words, when colors are chosen, they should be applied to all constraints. In the latest versions, we have to reselect the colors each time we access a constraint, which is not a pleasant experience.

I added your words in the TODO, but I prefer as it is now. The colors settings are retained, you only click once in each dialog.
